What should you know about this box?
- Content: 4 kg of Hass avocados + 1 jar of 200 g guava jam.
- Organic Hass avocados: Medium-sized with a thick, rough and easy-to-peel skin. Nutty flavour with hints of walnut and almond. The peduncle is located on the side.
- Guava jam: sweet and aromatic, made with natural home-grown guavas, in conversion to organic. No artificial additives. 200-gram jar.
- No calibres: each harvested fruit is unique in shape and size.
- Harvested to order when reaching the optimal ripening point.
- Our avocados are climacteric fruit; they continue ripening at home until they reach their optimal consumption point.
- Limited and seasonal harvest, grown in Castellón, Spain.
- Conversion to organic farming: Fruits grown without chemicals or pesticides, following European Organic Agriculture standards. No ripening or preservation chambers: direct from the field to your home.
- By keeping the fruit in a cool place, avocados can last up to 2 weeks and lemons up to three. Refrigerating the fruit naturally slows down the ripening process, preserving it for longer.
- The jam has no expiry date but includes a best-before date to guarantee freshness.
Where do our guava jam and avocados come from?

At Tropitop, agriculture is more than a profession: it is our heritage, our passion, and our commitment to the land. At our Peña Alta farm, located in Artana (Castellón), we have been cultivating for generations with the utmost respect for nature, surrounded by the impressive environment of the Sierra de Espadán Natural Park — a privileged setting that allows us to grow tropical fruits without importing them from thousands of kilometres away.
What began as a citrus farm has evolved into an agricultural innovation space, where we grow avocados, guavas, mangos and citrus using sustainable techniques, free from pesticides and harmful chemicals. Since 2020 we have been in conversion to organic farming, a step further in our mission to offer fruits with soul, with history, and with the authentic flavour of nature.
In every avocado and every jar of jam we send, there is a piece of our effort and dedication. Real fruit, without shortcuts, without intermediaries, without artifice.
