Guava has interesting properties when it comes to keeping our body in good condition. Among its benefits, the following stand out:

• It contains a high amount of Vitamin C, providing the body with much more than some varieties of citrus fruits, such as oranges.
• Rich in potassium, phosphorus, and calcium, which help improve bone health and the proper functioning of the nervous system.
• The Vitamin C in this fruit makes guava beneficial in preventing colds and is essential for iron absorption.
• The presence of Vitamin B6 helps care for and improve eye health and supports the proper functioning of various cognitive functions.

• Box content: You can choose a 2 kg, 3kg or 4 kg box of sustainably grown guavas.
• Medium-sized and oval-shaped. The intense color of its interior is remarkable.
• Variety: Pink pear guava or white guava. Its flavour is sweet and intense.
• No size grading: each harvested piece is unique in size and shape.
• Harvested on demand when it reaches its optimal ripeness, and manually, piece by piece.
• By storing the guavas in a cool place, you can extend the shelf life of pitahayas up to 2 weeks. If you store guavas in the fridge, you will naturally delay the ripening process, keeping the fruit fresh for longer.
• The box contains between 10 and 20 pieces, depending on the selected box size.

We grow our fruits on our farm, Peña Alta, located in Artana (Castellón), within the natural environment of the Sierra de Espadán. The mountains in this range protect us from the cold northern winds, making our fields the ideal space for the sustainable cultivation of tropical fruits.
