Guava has interesting properties when it comes to keeping our body in good condition. Among its benefits, the following stand out:

• It has a much higher amount of vitamin C than common citrus fruits, far surpassing the orange, which is why it is considered one of the richest fruits in this vitamin.
• Rich in potassium, phosphorus, and calcium, which help improve bone health and the proper functioning of the nervous system.
• The Vitamin C in this fruit makes guava beneficial in preventing colds and is essential for iron absorption.
• The presence of Vitamin B6 helps care for and improve eye health and supports the proper functioning of various cognitive functions.

• Box content: You can choose a 2 kg, 3 kg , 4 kg or 9 kg box of sustainably grown guavas.
• Medium-sized and oval-shaped. The intense color of its interior is remarkable.

• By storing the guavas in a cool place, you can extend the shelf life of guavas up to 2 weeks. If you store guavas in the fridge, you will naturally delay the ripening process, keeping the fruit fresh for longer.
• One kilo of guavas contains approximately 16 units, depending on the size of each fruit. At Tropitop we don’t select them by calibre, but by their growth stage and ripening on the tree.
• Origin: Castellón, Valencian Community, Spain. Limited and seasonal harvest.
• Grown in conversion to organic: No pesticides or chemicals, straight from the field to your home.

We grow our fruits on our farm, Peña Alta, located in Artana (Castellón), within the natural environment of the Sierra de Espadán. The mountains in this range protect us from the cold northern winds, making our fields the ideal space for the sustainable cultivation of tropical fruits.

For more than 30 years, oranges have been cultivated on our farm, but we have reinvented ourselves by opting for new tropical crops. We are pioneers in the sustainable cultivation of avocados, mangos, citrus, and other tropical fruits in Castellón.
