Buy organic avocados directly from the farmer

We are the first online store specialized in selling avocados. We are farmers—we grow our own avocados—so you buy directly from the grower, with no middlemen. This way you know the origin, growing methods, and quality of your favorite fruit.

Our avocados are certified under the European Organic Farming label, which means they are grown sustainably, without pesticides or chemicals, to care for both the environment and your health.

Tropitop organic avocados

Buy avocados online grown in the Sierra de Espadán

At Tropitop we offer premium-quality avocados online, grown with respect for the environment on our Aguasvivas farm, located in the heart of the Sierra de Espadán Natural Park (Castellón).

There, the trees are irrigated with natural spring water, using the same consumption as a traditional orange grove, without causing water scarcity.

We only work with seasonal fruit and hand-pick each avocado to order at its optimal stage of ripeness and oil content. This guarantees authentic flavor, a creamy texture, and superior nutritional properties compared to imported avocados.

At Tropitop we grow and harvest different avocado varieties organically and sustainably.

Thanks to years of hard work and commitment, all our varieties carry the Castellón Ruta de Sabor seal, a mark that guarantees their origin, quality, and exceptional taste.

Below you can see the avocado varieties available in our online store and their seasons.

Bacon Avocado

Bacon Avocado (October 1 – December 15)

The Bacon avocado is known for its smooth, thin green skin that’s very easy to peel. Its texture is extra creamy—similar to butter—making it perfect for sauces like guacamole or for silky purées.

It has a mild flavor with a light hazelnut note. In terms of benefits, it contains less fat than other varieties.

Early Hass Avocado

Early Hass Avocado (December 15 – March 15)

Hass is the best-known and most-consumed avocado variety. It’s smaller than other types, yet it offers a higher pulp-to-seed ratio than most.

Its skin is green, thick, and pebbly. As it ripens, the skin darkens. The flavor is reminiscent of nuts.

In terms of benefits, it is the variety richest in compounds associated with helping prevent and reduce the risk of certain types of cancer.

Lamb Hass Avocado

Late Hass Avocado (Lamb Hass) (March 15 – June 15)

Similar to Hass in texture and flavor, though slightly larger in size. Another difference is its more oval shape and the stem positioned at the center.

Once ripe, its green skin turns black. Lamb Hass is perfect for salads, thanks to its smooth, creamy flesh with a nut-like flavor.

Reed Avocado

Reed Avocado (June 20 – July 15)

The Reed avocado is the most summery and distinctive variety. It is round, with thin, smooth, bright-green skin that doesn’t darken as it ripens—so we recommend gently pressing to check peak ripeness.

It’s large, with abundant, very creamy and dense flesh, and a mild yet persistent flavor that evokes nuts and butter.
