What should you know about this box?

Box contents: 2 kg of avocados and 2 kg of lemons from sustainable cultivation.
Lemon Verna variety: Thicker and rougher skin. Medium-large size with an elongated shape, almost seedless. Flavor with a low acidity level.
Avocado Bacon Variety: Smooth and soft skin. Fine, delicate, slightly sweet flavor with a fruity touch.
Size-free: each piece collected is unique in size and shape to the previous one.
Collection on request when it reaches the optimum ripening point.
The box contains approximately 18 to 22 pieces.

Our avocados are a climacteric fruit, they continue to ripen in your home, once harvested, until they reach their optimum point of consumption.
Cultivation in conversion to ecological since 2020, following the requirements for the European certification of Ecological Agriculture.
Origin: Castellón, Valencian Community, Spain. Limited and seasonal harvest.
Without pesticides or chemicals and exempt from maturation or conservation chambers: direct from the field to your home
By keeping the fruit in a cool place you can make avocados last up to 2 weeks and lemons up to three weeks. If you keep the fruit in the fridge, you will be able to naturally delay the ripening process, keeping the fruit longer.

Where does our fruit come from?

Our Peña Alta farm is located in the surroundings of the Sierra de Espadán Natural Park, specifically in the municipality of Artana, Castellón. The characteristics of the region protect us from the cold north winds, creating a natural protection in the shape of a horseshoe around the farm, which in turn gives us fantastic views of the sea. Allowing us to grow our fruits in a sustainable and respectful way with the environment.

Although oranges have been grown on our farm for more than 30 years, a few years ago we decided to bet on new tropical crops, due to the difficulties we had in carrying out family production. In this way, we have become pioneers in the sustainable cultivation of avocados, mangoes and citrus fruits in our area.

At TropiTop we work with a passion for the field, instilled from generation to generation, with a commitment to quality and flavor in our avocados and citrus fruits.

As new generation farmers, we are more aware of climate change and caring for the environment, as well as our surroundings, which is why a few years ago we decided to change our farming method to organic.

Currently, our family farm is undergoing an exciting conversion process, and we continue to work consciously to continually improve and become more and more sustainable. So much so, that we collect all our fruits manually and on request, to preserve all the quality and freshness until it reaches you.
