When registering as a user, you may receive passwords which are your sole responsibility. You must always protect their confidentiality and take necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for ensuring they belong to you and not to third parties.
Deliveries are made through specialized courier services during their standard delivery hours.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout, based on the destination, quantity, and weight of the products purchased. These costs are shown clearly and transparently before the order is finalized.
Delivery service and timelines depend on the courier company assigned to each order. At Tropitop, we work with logistics providers who ensure fast and secure deliveries so that our fruits arrive in optimal condition.
If the delivery cannot be completed after 2 attempts, or if the customer unjustifiably refuses the delivery, we reserve the right to cancel the order without refund. In case of delays caused by the courier, we will assess the situation and offer a suitable solution.
Each case will be handled individually by contacting both the customer and the delivery company to provide the best possible resolution.
If your delivery is delayed due to natural ripening processes or the inability to harvest, we will inform you via email and/or phone call.
All prices displayed in our online store include applicable taxes and shipping costs, which are clearly shown at the time of purchase.
Tropitop guarantees the price shown at the time of order confirmation, even if conditions change or promotions end later.
We reserve the right to update prices, temporarily suspend product availability, or change terms without prior notice. Promotions will be valid as explicitly stated on the website.
You can download or print your invoice in electronic format from the Client Area under "Your Account" > “Order History and Details,” where a “Invoice” column allows you to download the PDF.

According to consumer regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving the order, as long as the products are non-perishable.
This right does not apply to perishable items such as fruits, vegetables, or foodstuffs that spoil or expire quickly, as stated by law.
It can be exercised for non-perishable products (e.g. olive oil, honey, jam), as long as they have not been opened or tampered with.
Withdrawal is not permitted in the following cases:
Personalized or made-to-order products.
Products inseparably mixed with others after delivery.
Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed.
To exercise this right, you must clearly notify us in writing via email (info@tropitop.com), postal mail, or by using the withdrawal form found at the end of these terms.
After the 14-day period, Tropitop will not accept returns based on withdrawal.
Order cancellations by the user are subject to Tropitop’s operational timelines and must be communicated 2 to 4 days prior to the scheduled delivery date, or at least 24 hours before dispatch.
Cancellations outside this period will not be processed, and the customer must accept the order.
TROPITOP guarantees your satisfaction with the quality of the product at all times.
TROPITOP products are not subjected to artificial processes. All our fruits are harvested and shipped directly from the field, without refrigeration chambers or handling procedures that affect freshness.
Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly match the appearance of the delivered items, as they are natural and variable products.
TROPITOP guarantees that the product delivered matches the characteristics advertised.
We aim to deliver every order in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives with an issue (damaged, spoiled, or missing product), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Given the perishable nature of our fruit, it is essential that claims are submitted promptly. To facilitate resolution, please attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.
