Tropical Octopus

Tropical Octopus Ingredients :

  • 800 g of cooked octopus
  • 600 g mango
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Sweet or spicy paprika to taste
  • To decorate: sprigs of peppermint and sea salt foam with charcoal (or in the absence of coarse salt or flakes)

Elaboration 

  1. Peel and chop the mango with circular shapes of small or medium size.
  2. Chop the octopus legs with circular shapes of small or medium size.
  3. We pass the octopus through the iron until it browns.
  4. We place the mango base and add the octopus on it.
  5. Sprinkle the paprika, add the salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
  6. To decorate the dish we can add some sprigs of peppermint.
