Salmon, avocado and mango ceviche

Ingredients:

  • 1 diced mango.
  • 1 diced avocado.
  • 1 cucumber, peeled without seeds and diced.
  • 1 diced tomato.
  • ½ purple onion.
  • Juice of ½ lemon.
  •  Orange juice.
  • 200 gr of diced smoked salmon.
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce.
  • Chopped cilantro.
  • Salt and pepper.

Elaboration:

  1. Mix in a bowl the salmon with the lemon and orange juice, add soy sauce to taste and reserve in the fridge a minimum of 1 hour.
  2. Add avocado, mango, tomato, purple onion, cucumber, cilantro and season to the taste of salt and pepper.
  3. Serve on a toast or as you like to eat it.
