Shipping Costs and Delivery Conditions
At TROPITOP, we work to ensure that our products reach your home in the best possible condition, directly from the field. We only deliver to: Mainland Spain, Portugal, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Romania, and Finland.
Currently, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla due to logistical and operational restrictions. If there are changes or extensions in delivery areas, they will be informed on this page and during the purchase process.
Purchasing products in our online store entails shipping costs based on destination and quantity. These costs will be clearly detailed before the purchase is finalized.
At Tropitop, we harvest fresh fruit on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and shipments are made on these days.
Orders received by Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. will be prepared and shipped the same week. Orders after that time will be shipped the following week.
In case of holidays or exceptional circumstances affecting shipping days, we will inform you via email or our website.
The usual delivery time is 24 to 48 hours from the shipping day (Tuesday or Wednesday), depending on the destination.
TROPITOP commits to fulfilling these deadlines whenever possible, although they may be affected by events beyond our control (weather, local holidays, logistics incidents, etc.).

Orders will be delivered to the address freely designated by the User. TROPITOP will not be responsible for delivery failures due to inaccurate or false data provided by the User or reasons beyond TROPITOP’s control, such as the absence of the recipient.
