• Avocados are climacteric fruits that ripen after being harvested, so they will arrive firm and green and will continue ripening at home until their optimal point of consumption.
• Avocados from 100% organic and sustainable farming, following the requirements for European Organic Agriculture certification.
• Limited and seasonal harvest, grown in Castellón, Spain.
• No pesticides or chemicals and no ripening or storage chambers: straight from the field to your home.
• By keeping the fruit in a cool place, clementines and avocados can last up to 2 weeks. If you store the fruit in the fridge, you will naturally delay the ripening process, keeping it fresh for longer.
