Shrimp Tartare with Avocado and Mango

Ingredients-  Shrimp Tartare with Avocado and Mango:

  • 400 g cooked prawns.
  • 400 g mango
  • 4 large avocados that are somewhat ripe
  • The juice of two lemons
  • A tablespoon of lemon zest
  • Two teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • To garnish: sprigs of peppermint and a tablespoon of sesame seeds

Elaboration:

  1. Peel and chop the prawns in the shape of squares.
  2. Peel and chop the avocado and mango in the form of dice, similar in size to shrimp.
  3. We prepare the dressing by combining olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and lemon zest.
  4. In three small containers we put the shrimp dice on the one hand, the avocado dice on the other and the same with the mango. We pour several tablespoons of the dressing on each of the containers, cover them with plastic wrap and let them rest in the fridge for half an hour.
  5. After 30 min. we use a round mold, add the mango first, then the avocado and finally the prawns. We need to add a little more dressing, sprinkle sesame seeds and add peppermint sprigs to taste.
