- Cut into slices until you reach the bone.

- Cut into two slices on each side of the bone.
- Separate them and leave the bone in the center.
- With the help of a spoon take out the pulp.
- Cutting it into cubes
- Make a cut along.
- With a knife make a grid of perpendicular cuts without crossing the skin.
- Remove the pulp with a spoon.
- With a fork
- At one end of the handle make a cross-shaped cut.
- Remove the skin in four parts.
- Use a fork to remove the pulp.
