At Tropitop we support producers who work with authenticity, proximity and deep respect for their environment. That is why our olive pâtés come from Almazara Sierra Espadán, a cooperative located in the heart of the Sierra de Espadán in Castellón.
This Mediterranean area, surrounded by mountains and traditional olive groves, is known for the exceptional quality of its fruit and for know-how passed down from generation to generation. The pâtés are made using selected olives from local varieties, through an artisan process that preserves their natural flavour without adding unnecessary additives.
Thanks to this method, each pâté retains the full essence, aroma and character of Mediterranean olives, offering an honest, authentic product full of nuances.
