Our Seasonal Subscription Box is the easiest way to enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables all year round. In every delivery you receive 100% seasonal products, harvested just before shipping and delivered directly from the farmer to your doorstep.

Each box is unique and adapts to the best produce available at that moment, always adjusted to the monthly amount you pay.

In addition, you have complete flexibility: you can cancel your subscription from your account or request any modification whenever you need it.

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer three types of boxes so you can choose the one that best suits your needs: fruit box, vegetable box, and mixed box (fruit and vegetables). The selection of products varies each month depending on the season.

We have three sizes designed to suit your household:

Small (between 3–5 kg): Perfect for small families or people who don’t consume large quantities.
Medium (between 7–10 kg): Ideal for medium-sized families or those who enjoy a good variety of produce.
Large (between 9–15 kg): For large households or those who consume fruit and vegetables daily, offering more quantity and diversity.

The fruits you receive when purchasing our pack are grown in different regions of Spain, such as Castellón and other areas of the Valencian Community, where the Mediterranean climate provides ideal conditions for optimum growth, juicy texture and exceptional flavour.

We work with our own harvests and collaborate with local producers who use sustainable methods, ensuring fresh, natural and top-quality produce. We respect the natural ripening process, allowing each fruit to develop its sweetness and freshness at the right moment. As they are not subjected to industrial processes, every piece arrives at your home with its authentic flavour and all its properties intact — as if you had picked it straight from the tree.

Shipments leave our warehouse on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and delivery takes place within 24 to 48 hours depending on the area. For shipments to European countries, orders are dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays and may take 2–3 days.

Absolutely. The subscription is 100% flexible and without commitment. You just need to notify us at least 3 days before the order preparation date (Monday and Tuesday).

Yes. You can request that we modify, delay or cancel any of your subscription shipments if you are unable to receive it. You just need to call us, write to soporte@tropitop.com or send us a message on WhatsApp indicating the change you need, and we will handle it as soon as possible.

If your order is scheduled on a public holiday, it will be shipped on the next available working day within the week (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday), ensuring that you receive your fresh products.

To activate your subscription, you simply make the first purchase as usual, paying with your card. That payment method is securely saved and will be used to automatically charge your future deliveries based on the frequency you selected. This way, you don’t have to worry about anything: each box is paid for and prepared automatically before shipment.
