Salmon, avocado and mango ceviche
Ingredients:
- 1 diced mango.
- 1 diced avocado.
- 1 cucumber, peeled without seeds and diced.
- 1 diced tomato.
- ½ purple onion.
- Juice of ½ lemon.
- Orange juice.
- 200 gr of diced smoked salmon.
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce.
- Chopped cilantro.
- Salt and pepper.
Elaboration:
- Mix in a bowl the salmon with the lemon and orange juice, add soy sauce to taste and reserve in the fridge a minimum of 1 hour.
- Add avocado, mango, tomato, purple onion, cucumber, cilantro and season to the taste of salt and pepper.
- Serve on a toast or as you like to eat it.
