Tropical Octopus Ingredients :
- 800 g of cooked octopus
- 600 g mango
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Sweet or spicy paprika to taste
- To decorate: sprigs of peppermint and sea salt foam with charcoal (or in the absence of coarse salt or flakes)
Elaboration
- Peel and chop the mango with circular shapes of small or medium size.
- Chop the octopus legs with circular shapes of small or medium size.
- We pass the octopus through the iron until it browns.
- We place the mango base and add the octopus on it.
- Sprinkle the paprika, add the salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
- To decorate the dish we can add some sprigs of peppermint.
