• The cultivation of our avocados has been in conversion to organic farming since 2020, following the requirements for the European certification of Organic Farming.

• By keeping the fruit in a cool place, you can make avocados and dragon fruit last up to 2 weeks. If you keep the fruit in the fridge, you will be able to naturally delay the ripening process, keeping the fruit longer.
• Our avocados are climacteric fruits, they continue to ripen in your home, once harvested, until their optimum point of consumption.
