Peña Alta, our farm in the Sierra de Espadán (Artana, Castellón),was devastated by the La Vall d'Uixó wildfire and we have lost a large part of this year's avocado, mango and guava harvest. Years of work, care and effort, destroyed in just a few hours.
But we have not stood still. The very next day we were already back in the fields, repairing the irrigation system, saving what could still be saved and planning how to recover or replant every tree that had been lost.
You choose your tree, directly support its recovery or replanting, and receive your own harvest at home when the season arrives, completely as normal, with the same quality as always.
Rough-skinned avocado — season January-June
Smooth-skinned avocado — season October-December
Mango — season September-November
Guava — season October-January
Sponsoring is not just about buying fruit in advance. It creates a direct relationship with the person who grows your food: you will know where it comes from, how it is cared for and all the work behind every piece of fruit that reaches your table.
Right now, that connection has an even deeper meaning. Every sponsorship is a concrete step towards recovering the farm after the fire: metres of irrigation pipe that we install again, a tree that we replant, a plot of land that begins to recover. It is not a symbolic donation, you will receive a real harvest, and that very purchase is what makes it possible for Peña Alta to produce again.
Giving a Tropitop tree as a gift has always been original, symbolic and natural. Now, it is also a gift with a story of recovery behind it: whoever receives it will not only have fresh fruit delivered to their door, but also the certainty of having helped a tree bear fruit again after the fire.
Ideal for birthday gifts, anniversary gifts or any special occasion with lasting meaning, because every season will remind them why it was chosen.
The La Vall d'Uixó wildfire, which started on 25 July 2026, devastated our Peña Alta farm in Artana (Castellón). We have lost a large part of this year's avocado, mango and guava harvest, and with it, many years of work and effort.
You are buying the harvest of a tree in advance —rough-skinned avocado, smooth-skinned avocado, mango or guava, depending on the one you choose—. You choose the tree, give it a name and decide the size of your harvest. You will receive that purchase at home when your fruit's season arrives, in 4 kg boxes that you decide when to receive. At the same time, you support the care, recovery and replanting of the trees that the fire has taken away, and you help us recover financially from the lost harvest and from the future production losses that this fire will cause us.
Peña Alta is now entering a recovery phase, but some areas were not affected. Your fruit will come from those unaffected areas and from our other farms, which the fire did not reach. You will receive your harvest completely as normal, with the same quality as always, whichever tree you have chosen.
Your contribution goes directly towards rebuilding Peña Alta: caring for, recovering and replanting the trees that were lost —avocado, mango or guava—, replacing infrastructure damaged by the fire (such as the irrigation system) and compensating for the production and harvest that we will not be able to sell this year.
No. It is a real purchase: you pay for a fruit harvest that you will receive at home. The difference is that, right now, every sponsorship also represents another step towards Peña Alta's recovery.
It depends on the tree you choose: rough-skinned avocado (January-June), smooth-skinned avocado (October-December), mango (September-November) or guava (October-January). Once you have sponsored your tree, you can schedule the delivery of your 4 kg boxes from your private account area so that you receive them when your fruit is in season, whenever it suits you best.
You can choose between 8, 12, 16 or 20 kg of harvest, whichever tree you have sponsored. We will send your harvest in 4 kg boxes.
Yes, shipping costs are included in the cost of the sponsorship.
