The La Vall d'Uixó forest fire destroyed 80% of our Peña Alta farm, in Artana (Castellón), taking years of work with it.

That is how the "Sponsor a tree" initiative was born: a way to reserve your smooth-skinned avocado harvest and, at the same time, help us recover Peña Alta year after year.

How does the sponsorship work?

1. Personalise your tree: Choose your tree, give it a name and indicate the name of the sponsor.

2. Reserve your harvest: Choose the kilos of smooth-skinned avocados you want to receive during the season. It is an annual subscription with a single payment per year, which renews automatically every 12 months. You can cancel the renewal whenever you want from your profile.

3. Receive the fruit at home: During our smooth-skinned avocado harvest season, from October to December, you will be able to easily schedule the shipment of your boxes from your user panel. You will receive Spanish fruit grown by us, from areas not affected by the fire.

4. Experience the regrowth: We will send you photos, videos and updates so you can see the real impact of your help on the farm.

What happened to our Peña Alta farm in Artana, Castellón?

The La Vall d'Uixó forest fire, which started on 25 July 2026, devastated our Peña Alta farm in Artana, Castellón. We lost almost all of this year’s harvest, and with it, many years of work and effort.

What exactly does "sponsor a tree" mean?

It is an annual subscription: you buy in advance a quantity of our smooth-skinned avocado harvest, give your tree a name and choose how many kilos you want to receive each season. Your sponsorship supports the recovery of Peña Alta: replanting the affected trees, repairing the irrigation system and rebuilding the areas damaged by the fire.

How does the subscription payment work?

You make one single payment per year. That payment gives you the right to receive the amount of fruit you have chosen throughout the harvest season, planning the shipment whenever you want within those dates.

One year later, the subscription renews automatically for the same amount, and you will once again have the same amount of fruit available for the following season. If you do not want to continue, you can cancel the renewal at any time, with no commitment.

Will I receive avocados from Peña Alta, the burnt farm?

You will receive avocados grown by us, with the same quality as always. Peña Alta is in recovery phase, so in the meantime your harvest may also come from other areas we cultivate.

So, what is my money used for?

Your purchase directly supports the reconstruction of Peña Alta: recovering and replanting the lost trees, replacing the infrastructure damaged by the fire, such as irrigation, and compensating for the harvest that we have not been able to sell this year.

Is this a donation?

No. It is a real purchase: you pay for a smooth-skinned avocado harvest that you will receive at home every year, while your subscription remains active. The difference is that, right now, each sponsorship is also one more step towards the recovery of Peña Alta.

When will I receive my avocados?

Once you sponsor your tree, you can plan the shipment of your 4 kg boxes from your private area to receive them between October and December, whenever suits you best.

How much can I sponsor?

You can choose between 8, 12, 16 or 20 kg of harvest. It is shipped in 4 kg boxes.

Are shipping costs included?

Yes, they are included in the cost of the sponsorship.
