Shipping costs and delivery conditions

At TROPITOP we work to ensure our products arrive in the best condition, directly from the field to your home. Therefore, we ship only to the following countries: Mainland Spain, Portugal, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Romania and Finland.

We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla due to logistical and operational restrictions. Should there be changes or expansions to the shipping areas, this will be duly reported on this page and during the purchase process.

Purchasing products in our online store entails shipping costs, which are calculated based on the destination and the quantity of products purchased. These costs will be displayed clearly and in detail before finalizing the purchase, allowing you to review them at all times.

At Tropitop we harvest our fresh fruit on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and shipments are made on those same days.

All orders received up to Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. are prepared and shipped that same week, during the harvest days (Tuesday or Wednesday).
Orders placed after Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. are shipped the following week, also on the harvest days.

In the event of public holidays or force majeure affecting shipping days, we will notify you in advance by email or on our website.

The usual delivery time is 24 to 48 hours from the day of shipment (Tuesday or Wednesday), depending on the destination.

TROPITOP undertakes to meet these deadlines whenever possible, although they may be altered by exceptional circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, local holidays, logistics incidents, etc.). In any case, we maintain our commitment to transparent information and customer service in the event of any incident.

Legislation

We inform you that this Legal Notice is governed in all respects by Spanish legislation. This contract is established in the Spanish language.
