Hass Avocados and Guavas Mix

This tropical fruit mix is not only delicious, but also highly nutritious and well balanced.

• High vitamin C content: Pink guava is one of the fruits with the highest concentration of this vitamin, helping to strengthen the immune system.
• Healthy fats: Hass avocado provides beneficial fatty acids that help regulate LDL cholesterol.
• Natural source of minerals: Guava and avocado are rich in potassium, iron and magnesium.
• Vitamin supply: Provides vitamins A, B, C, E and K, essential for overall wellbeing.
• High antioxidant power: Helps combat oxidative stress and supports cellular health.
• Natural satiety: The healthy fats in avocado help maintain nutritional balance.

• Contents: 2 kg of guavas (pink or white) and 2 kg of Hass avocados.
• Hass avocado: Dark, rough skin that turns almost black when ripe. Intense green flesh with yellow tones, very creamy and full-flavoured.
• Pink or white guava: Medium-sized fruit with oval shape, mostly pink flesh, sweet and highly aromatic. Some white pieces may be included as they cannot be distinguished externally.
• No size grading: Each fruit keeps its natural size and shape.
• Harvested to order: Picked at optimal ripeness.
• Approximate quantity: Around 6 Hass avocados and 15 guavas, depending on natural size and weight.
• Farming: No pesticides or chemical products. Avocados are 100% organic and guavas are in conversion to organic.
• Storage: Guavas last up to 2 weeks and avocados up to 3 weeks when kept cool. Refrigeration slows down ripening.
• Climacteric fruit: Avocados continue to ripen after harvest and will arrive green so they reach their perfect point at home.

Our guavas and avocados are grown on the Peña Alta farm, located in Artana (Castellón), within the Sierra de Espadán Natural Park.
